Server was great. I'am a luxury travel designer. Here for eval on Tulum. Food VERY salty way overpriced. A wanna be Miami SB.

We were left from our tour in Cancun and the agent refused to refund us. We were forced to take another tour on the agent desired date. What a rip off!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It cancelled our transportation the evening before our flight. The agent promised me a refund and it's been almost 2 weeks and no response and no refund. The agents will not help you over the phone and insist you use email. I get a different answer repeatedly. There are much better transport companies. Please don't use this one they have terrible customer service, they overcharge and they're not organized.

Please don't use this company they would not let use leave the resort we almost missed our flight because they would not let use leave without giving them money for something we didnt go on

Do NOT ever book a tour with Nexus. This trash company puts its customers last. 2 different times paid for excursions through nexus tours and both times the bus never showed up and claims we were a "no show" and refused a refund. They keep giving you the run around pretending they're working on a resolution and holding your money hostage. Do yourself a favour and don't use them unless you want to give up your money for nothing.
