We bought a Premium Tour to go on a van 10 people and they took us on a bus of 50. The return from Chidechen itza to Playa del Carmen took 4 hours! A torture! We arrived exhausted and without eating anything since noon. The walks are badly planned, they take you to the archaeological zone at noon, the worst hour because of the heat and the amount of people. We claimed but they did not give us an answer. I do not recommend them.
