Outstanding flavour and quality

Rich cheeses. The best: adobera, fresh, Oaxaca. The puddings made with all the fat in milk, very rich. There are also honey, cookies and other dairy derivatives. They seem to be using milk from the UNAM veterinary school site.

By recommendation I got to know this cheese and derivatives factory. An excellent experience is worth the diversity of cheeses, cream, butter and some delicious puddings that they have and try them. A must to return.
