Very bad service

You cannot be served by only certain people per day !!

They never have customer service, it's stupid 😒

There is a long line and few ATMs, and branches around the same franchise closed ...... 🤔🤔🤨🤨

I went on 21 / Dec / 2018 ... Very unproductive the kid at the customer service desk. He has no knowledge of how to solve a problem or service attitude, for cases where it takes to call the matrix better not battle and you hit, and so "serves" more people but without quality ... Will not be ashamed to receive your salary Knowing you do not deserve it? The manager also hit me. I left with the same problem as when I went in and I went to find another branch because they do not know how to listen ... Their training is terrible. I did not expect less from Banamex (the worst of all banks) but now if they passed ...
