They do not have updated service hours, nor do they answer calls. I had to come to a branch that is on Avenida Manuel Ordoñez (along Paseo Santa Catatina) so that they would notify me here that it is actually open. They really waste a lot of time by not updating business hours.

The service from the door is good, you just have to be patient for the number of people, even though it is not many, it feels as if it were, due to the healthy distance.

Right now we are in contingency they do not serve people, dial because they do not have staff, and the lady at the door is very despotic 😒
