I love Chiltepec flowers, they have excellent quality, unfortunately the service is terrible ... when you buy little or ask about a flower or availability, they answer you dropper or simply answer you in a mocking way, unfortunately not even on the page you they answer ... My experience is as follows ... I ordered an Orchid, which they sent me super abused, they send you to Ags, but it is not a guarantee that they will arrive well ... according to them it is normal ... knowing that we are experts in Orchids ... (Annex Photos) they also sent it to me wrong .. it was 1 rod and I had asked for 2 rods, also ten orchids, super battered ... I texted the girl and it wasn't even to listen to the audio ... He gave me my money back 3 days later ... Hope they can improve this ...

Good merchandise. However. Very poor service. No kindness. Rather it seems that they are doing you a favor by selling you. Good products but the service is lousy and rude it seems that they are giving you things away. The manager is a despotic and rude person Those kinds of companies need new workers and give them good customer service training.

The products are nice, maybe they are worth the price, but the attention of those girls is the worst, they have no idea what customer service is; I bought two hanging orchids (high cost) and they told me that they hand delivered them because they never have bags or boxes or wrappers of any kind, they are also rude and haughty, they must modify that immediately.

What I love are the orchids, and the flowers and plants. Very friendly.
