Years ago they recommended this bakery to me, the truth has changed its quality a lot, I find cold bread, burnt, with hair, there are cockroaches and the attention is DESIRABLE. The last time I went, the cake was at $ 3 and I think that every time they make it smaller and uglier ..... nothing recommended ... if they increase the minimum price, raise the quality and their attitude 😒 Annex photo of the cakes that are small and ugly.

It is the bakery that I like the most in Cholula, I know that there are more bakeries with tradition, but in this particular bakery the bread is fresh, the cakes are delicious and they always finish, so it is a guarantee that I eat freshly baked pastries. It is very reminiscent of the bakeries of my childhood in the city of Puebla, in addition the jellies are delicious and almost the whole year it has puff pastry, which is appreciated. In general, all the breads are very rich and the people who serve them are friendly. They open around 7 and close around 10 at night, that's good since you can find bread at all hours.
