Good morning. On Saturday, May 28, I attended our scheduled appointments with my sister at 10 am. Appointments made 2 weeks in advance and confirmed by you to attend us at two at 10 am. Upon arriving at the site, first the site was not open at 10 am. Subsequently, they did not attend us at 10 am and wanted one of us to pass at 10 am and at the end of the appointment of one passed the other, even when the appointments were requested and scheduled at 10 am to both pass to the same weather. Instead they attended pediatric appointments, without being urgent, and scheduled at our same time, 10 am. It is a lack of respect and professionalism this behavior. The doctor, a short person, curly hair and glasses, could not explain the reason for this disrespectful and unprofessional action. I hope the comment is helpful to improve your customer service. For our part we will not attend the clinic anymore and no good recommendation will come from us to you. Cordially.
