The ICUM is an institution that makes the student grow beyond what he expects. At the beginning of my career my attitude was completely different than when I finished it; many may complain of "silly rules" or of themselves "not seeing for the student"; the truth many of my experiences in the institution made me a more disciplined and responsible person. All this led to the difference being made now in the workplace. The teachers of theoretical subjects (administration, finance, languages, etc.) are excellent. They are always ready to contribute a plus or answer questions, obviously if the student shows interest in the subject and is encouraged to ask or get oriented. The chef instructors, on the other hand, are the ones who showed me that discipline is essential both at work and in daily life. I have had very good experiences as well as many scolding that reflecting while working, more than scolding are advice. I had the opportunity to do a scholarship service in Continuing Education and I can say with certainty that they are always looking for the best content and updates for students or external people. In general, each person lived their university experience as they wanted and have their opinion of it. For me, it was very pleasant and I fully thank my teachers and instructor chefs as well as the ICUM administrative staff for all the knowledge I acquired in the 2011-2015 cycle

I was in the Open Kitchen and I learned a lot, I hope to enter next semester because I know that I will be one of the best Chefs if I study there

It is definitely the best institution to train the most qualified chefs not only in Mexico, but worldwide. And the recent awards obtained internationally, guarantee it

It is very good school only that there are students money machines for managers and it is true that today most of the chef instructors are alumni and no longer foreign chefs as before
