We made the purchase of a Used Vegetable Oil Pipe according to a sample that was delivered to us in its own facilities. They sent us a material contaminated with fats and animal fats in an approximate proportion of 30% according to the Sonne's own words. We have made the claim to return the money paid or the restitution of the agreed material and although they recognized that the substance they sent us was mixed we did not get the refund of our money.
