Amazing tour! Chris the guide knows a lot and his explanations are very accurate. We tried drinks and dishes based on Maíz and Cacao, all delicious! Highly recommended

we really appreciated our experience with Chris today during our chocolate and maize session. we learned a tremendous amount about the history of chocolate and maize in Oaxaca specifically, and it was all fascinating. we certainly loved all the amazing chocolate we got to try, as well as the lovely meal we had at the pochote market, but we also learned so much about the importance of both foods in the Oaxacan culture. Chris was a passionate and kind tour guide who clearly loved sharing his knowledge with us, and he helped us gain a deeper understanding of and appreciation for the food we were fortunate enough to eat. and make no mistake... the chocolate was delicious and plentiful. :)
