Oaxaca IMSS Subdelegación

I am very sorry that the IMSS Oaxaca sub-delegation workers are so arrogant and cannot understand that we are experiencing a Covid 19 pandemic, so I want them to print some receipts to make my payment and they do not want to do it because I am not in Oaxaca, unfortunately due to the pandemic I'm not in Oaxaca, I want to communicate by phone and I can't because the phone is out of service !!!!! PLEASE MR DELEGATE OR SUB-DELEGATE HELP ME TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM !!!!
