Very clean and quaint hotel. Desk staff very nice and breakfast staff as well. The location is great. The rooms are on the small side. WiFi worked well. Temperature could be regulated which was nice. All in all a good hotel with nice breakfast.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was ample and delicious. The Diego Rivera museum was 10 minute walk. Restaurants nearby.

Decent hotel with good dining options and many attractions nearby. The rooms are small but clean with all amenities in working order. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear most everything. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. The staff is helpful if called upon but do not go out of their way to great or even acknowledge you. I don't believe their customer service training is a focal point. One morning for breakfast I stood at the restaurant entrance waiting for a table. Several servers walked past me completely ignoring me. I walked to a nearby cafe and had breakfast there instead. Good place to stay for a few days but don't expect more than a clean place to stay.
