Clean store. But if you don't speak spanish they are not smart enought to know what a translater says. I asked for a serpentine belt for a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer over and over again several different ways and they kept trying to sell me a seat belt so I finally showed them a picture of a serpentine belt on an engine on Google on my phone. Very depressing knowing people in the auto industry here in Mexico are that ignorant. Auto parts stores don't even sell seat belts.
