Hotel Bonitto Inn MONTERREY NORTE

The first room they gave me did not work the latch or insurance, whatever it is called, the second room did not work the toilet, there was no water for the drain, the climate did not work, they must put something to minimize the outside noise and the light from the corridors should lower the intensity at night, last night while I was in reception 2 people from the street entered the reception bathroom (I do not know if it was personal but it did not look like such) the only redeemable thing was the attention of the lady of reception that at all times was willing to help although it was limited. I hope they improve soon

We love visiting this branch, this Hotel in Monterrey is fantastic!

Good for one night, good treatment from the young Gustavo shift at night

It is compact, yes, but clean, with climate, cable and internet, a very good resting place for passing travelers!
