Hotel NH Collection Monterrey San Pedro

Thank you, so much. I love the hotel.. My favorite Hotel in the World. I travel the world. I always come back to MTY.. Breakfast is so good. The location, is perfect. The staff is my secondy family

Great business hotel located in the mall. If you forget any essentials you can quickly replace. The parking is fairly easy. The staff were great!

The staff was extremely friendly however check in was way too long. It took me at least 15 minutes to check in. In addition, my key card stopped working 3 times so I had to visit the front desk on 3 separate occasions to resolve the issue. The ac is not that great and needs updating. The curtains in my room had stains and the wet bar was dirty. There are no usb ports in the room which is a big negative. The hallways do not have ac as well which is really strange. The gym does not have ac so it's hot once you start working out. The location was great because it was close to the office where I had daily meetings. This was my first time staying here and my last time.

Very outdated place. Low maintenance and also long waiting time for check-in (30 minutes). For $3,000 a night I'd have expected a better option. Parking lot not included. Low speed internet, dirty towels....

They have registered me five times for an NH number and it has never worked. Last three times water has been brown and there has been no hot water. Beds uncomfortable. I choose never to stay here again. It has good location so it gets +1 for that. Meeting center also had significant issues.
