You just cant get them on the phone. Your company priority is not theirs. Seriously thinking about involving Legal in here. The worst service ever on developing something special for your company. Please use another PAC while you can.

Excellent place

Terrible service, they do not answer calls or emails, their executives shine x their absence, one can be up to 45 minutes waiting for them to tell you that your problem cannot be solved or that they will take indefinite time (it can be up to 2 months), there is no support not at all and if you don't buy the products they offer you or if the term for which you hired them is going to end the less they listen to you
