The logistics of their orders are chaotic, they do not observe their own terms and you have to be on the phone with them to get them to work. In the call center they are not trained to give answers and the supply people cannot care less about the orders, they compromise and they do not fulfill. If you are going to buy in your online store, consider in your costs two extra weeks of estimated time and several calls.
