After reading the reviews from last year online and thinking ‘we don’t have African people so maybe the club won’t discriminate’ we were wrong. They wouldn’t let tanned Asian people in, which is disgusting. When we asked why they wouldn’t be let in they replied that ‘they’re not coming in’ and they proceeded to let white Mexicans and Europeans in. We had a ‘white’ Asian with us and she was allowed in, which shows that is purely discriminatory of skin colour and not race. The bouncers were rude, arrogant and the club should be shut down. Mexico is an amazing country with great people, but you won’t find anything amazing or great about this club. Don’t worry though - the lack of diversity in the club made it feel like a 1920’s jazz club so it was trash inside anyway, just go somewhere else

If it was possible, I would not give them even one star! This club is racist. They don‘t let people in and have a good time just because of their skin color or nationality. Shame on you! I absolutely cannot recommend this club. Don’t go there unless you support racism! So sad this is still happening in 2018... who the f*** do you think you are?!

If your looking for a place to party, the service in here it’s horrible, nobody care about you even when you are paying for it. The prices are okey but the service doesn’t care about you. Not recommended to go out. There are much better clubs.

Cosmo disappointed me to my very core. My East Asian looking friends from Singapore were not allowed in even though they were a part of a pretty big group. Either the security is incredibly racist or the managers and owners must have had a sick discussion about discriminating men of certain colours, which is extremely disgusting and backwards! I would not suggest Cosmo to anyone and would judge people who support this sickening business! After the progressiveness and modernisation rate Mexico has portrayed to me, Cosmo should be shut down🤬

I write this short text out of sadness for Racism and not hate for Cosmo. Last Friday, a group of friends and I went to Cosmo, with the hope of having a nice night out. We were a diverse group of friends to say the least: A Korean girl, a French girl, a Mexican guy, a Costa Rican guy, and a Dutch girl (with an African heritage). I would also like to underline that we had a table booked, and we were all dressed appropriately to Cosmos entry requirements (full makeup and fancy dress-wear). The bouncer got me (the French girl) in the club within the first 30 seconds of arriving (even though I was in line behind others). My Korean and Mexican friends got inside after 5 minutes of waiting. However, after 45 minutes of waiting, our Dutch friend (with an African heritage) was still not getting in. Even though we clearly told them that she was with us. When we asked the reason why she was not allowed to get in, the response was « my manager is telling me not to ». I asked to speak to the manager but without success, of course. Regardless of whether or not the manager was really telling the bouncer not to let our specific friend in the club, one thing was clear: The bouncer was under clear instructions of not letting humans with non-light colored skin in the club. These are not values that I stand for, and as I believe I am not the only one I decided to share this informative story on Cosmo’s Racism.
