It's much better than it used to be, they have done a lot to modernize and reduce corruption. However, long lines and long waits are still the norm.

Apparently corruption continues to be encouraged, it is not possible that they will charge you first and then there is no effective platform that will give you an appointment. It is incredible, it is unreal, it is a mockery of all citizens; apparently we are in the hands of "coyotes" or the "bite". Cross out this Secretariat, inefficient and unable to work properly.

Terrible web page, I could not make an appointment, it sends me to different sites every time I try. By phone I have not been able to communicate. To pay was easy, to make an appointment impossible.

Last night I tried to make the payment online, I could not, because he appeared a message saying that the name was incorrect or something like that wrong. Today around eleven o'clock in the morning I went to the offices to ask why this was happening, who gives the reporters answers "you can pay at the cashier right now", pay without major problem, I received proof of payment itself that has the necessary folio number to be able to schedule the appointment ONLINE, only that when I try to enter the page section appointments, the message HTTP STATUS NOT FOUND appears and more things (I attach images of both pages). I grant and accept that I am naive in asking those who run this office and those who work there to fix things, making them easy for the citizens, this because they don't feel like it. The downside is that this sets the stage for a horde of "managers" to harass you on the way to the entrance of the offices, located right in the parking area, a dark, poorly lit, gloomy place.
