The workers there can be very rude. I went in April to get my passport and there is a thin, ill-faced man who receives the papers, he is quite rude and impolite. He never answered my greeting and wants to scold everyone. Who valid my data was the same, super arrogant and bitter, leaves a very bad experience. The people who take the photo and the lady who delivers at the end are very nice and nice people.

Efficient and experienced staff in the field, I was able to observe the majority of the staff that works there, has the experience to solve any doubt regarding the passport process. Although all the guidelines for a correct procedure can be found on the SRE page. The time for the issuance of the passport is fast, as long as they carry all the requirements and will quickly come out with your passport. In itself in the complete process you will take approx. 3 hours, considering to always arrive early.
