You have to go to the branch to make an appointment for customer service, but the only way to make an appointment is by going to the branch, and they do not have favorable hours. The staff is friendly, but they don't always answer questions correctly.

As of October 1, 2020, it already has customer service, its staff answers kindly but not correctly, each one gives you different answers and it was not until I spoke with the manager that he was able to solve a problem that I had since April 2020. There are not many people in general, outside there are several ATMs where you can both withdraw and deposit or cash checks for up to 10,000 pesos. There will be no weekends, for that only the one in Plaza las Americas.

Terrible service.! It closed, for a month and a half and they were not kind enough to report. Cashiers, and the shifter do not give the correct information.
