They do not know how to charge a plane ticket .. 20 people and none are trained to make the payment ... I had to go to another branch

@bancomer bad bank. I made a transfer X Internet they discounted me, they never registered in the deposited account 10 days later they return my money less the charges and in physical they give me a wrong paper to fill out and from the window they return me to fill another paper because they gave me the wrong one
