Hospitality in the mountains Simply a great experience, it to visit this place. It is not every day that you experience that the house chef is so involved with the guests, which is the case here. If you have the courage to taste a bite of European cuisine in Mexico, I would highly recommend giving this place a chance to take you on a gastronomic journey. As a European, it was almost like being "home again" for a short while ... Traditional Northern European and Central European dishes are on the menu, with a touch of Italian and French inspiration. An enormous amount of care is taken for the ingredients and for the atmosphere, which is completely second to none. Tucked away, close to the forest of Montecassino, the place has a tranquility rarely experienced here in busy Mexico.
