It has parking and showers, I am a little worried about the quality of crossfit instructors, there are movements that are carried out without supervision and can compromise the integrity of the users. To them 2 stars. The air dance and fitness class are excellent, they have trained instructors and they watch you all the time. To them 5 stars. Ideal for losing weight and controlling diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
