Unfortunately they didn't respect my time. The first time I waited 40 minutes past the appointment time. Today I called before to make sure there wouldn't be a delay, but they still made me wait. There are many good dermatologists in Mexico City. I recommend you choose a different one.

I came here with a skin rash. The reception was really nice, my limited Spanish and their English we did well. Nice, fun people. The doctor was even better. I was so greatful for her expertise, she figured it out quickly and took very good care of me. She was also super nice. She explained everything really well in Spanish and English, and answered my questions. I would totally recommend this clinic. I'm Canadian, I see that it is much more expensive than a GP, but I didn't think it was expensive.

In the middle of the pandemic, I got a treatment to remove a tattoo from my hands and the girl came to the office and with my hands still dirty I wanted to start the treatment that was unprofessional later on, they did not give me any instructions on how to take care of the tattoo after they treated him with laser lousy service
