Terrible service from the afore the executive they send her on vacation and they don't let anyone cover her and you arrive with an e-sar appointment and she doesn't attend to you because she is not registered in the system and her answer is that she calls you because she has two leaves waiting for customers to attend

Being the only branch, there are always many people, if you go to customer service you have to get up early, as they always take a long time to attend.
