My car isn't off warranty until late Jan. I needed a new glove box latch. They said because I didn't bring my car in for service in October that it wasn't covered. I didn't have the required mileage yet but as it turns out it was in for service, the mechanic broke the latch when he was taking out my log book which he forgot to stamp. They decided to be kind? and only charged me for the part. What happened to taking responsibility for your actions? The receptionist did what she could to resolve the issue but it was a Nissan policy. Maybe I don't need a Nissan next time.

Gave up trying to get our repairs done here. Told us parts had been ordered. A week later, they had not even been ordered.

I found a very good price on the oil and filter change kit for maintenance and take advantage of the fact that they are their original brand!
