Terrible service and despots .... I suffered an assault and went to this branch to help me recover my chip, they treated me reluctantly, with questions they confirmed that I was the owner and they did not want to give me my chip. They told me that they helped me on the condition that I put my number into a monthly plan that if I did not go to a customer service center, because neither in the Americas nor in Aragon was there one, only in downtown San Cristóbal. I hope to get my chip back and change company.
