All the buts in the world, all the possible contradictions, all the inventions necessary to not give customer service. Whatever the requirement you have, you had to resolve that pending by phone, even having to obtain your audiomatic number, which by phone they tell you that only by going to the branch. I insist, personally I have never seen so many excuses for not giving the service. As if it were a service to the community. This branch is worse than badly rated, and from what I see the bank does not follow up on the comments. It seems unfair to me that we as users see the degrading qualification that they have earned and the consequence is that we are going to stop attending, and the drones of this branch have their mission which is not to work.
