The cashier service is very good, but the service with the account executives is loeeeetisimo, more than an hour to attend us, they do not respect shifts, all so that when we passed by, they told us that the process is only online, so pure waste of time.

terrible attention, at 2 pm there is only one account executive x that the other went out to eat, and the person who treated me who was not an executive but was at a desk commented that they were opening an account and it would take 40 min in it, I just wanted to withdraw money x I still did not have my mark, so I had to wait, for a bank this is terrible if they close at 4.
