It is an unprofessional place, it discriminates against small and medium-sized companies that request its services. Not to mention customer service and that their services often fall and they do not give immediate attention unless it is a relevant company. I would not recommend it at all

I worked there, there were many internal problems with the product, few agents in relation to the reports, partial or little lasting solutions, continuous falls of the service and as an employee; they wanted me to sign my resignation .. I had to sue ..

Too much security at the entrance, but apart from that the staff is very friendly. It is also in a very accessible area since there is a parking lot a few meters away.
