Outstanding customer service, cordial, people oriented, quick, always available to make suggestions and very passionate of their products. Don’t expect the same thing always, I mean this place will always have a new or surprise seasonal item as good as the rest for sure. Chocolate is delicious and tasty, few options and with or without milk also alternative milk available. Best chocolate drink available in Mexico City for sure, plus their experience, I mean I love, love this place, Cozy, quite and relaxing.

As newcomers to Narvarte, we really missed having a go to café when we moved to this neighborhood. Combine this with the fact that my wife has always missed her pozol, and you can understand why we were excited to see this place pop. The menu is a little sparse--understandable given how new they are--but the service is super friendly and the assortment of cocoa-based drinks from southern Mexico absolutely wonderful. Sure, you can also order coffee, but why bother when there are much more interesting options on the menu? We've been told they will be expanding their menu in the coming weeks, and we will definitely be back to see what else they come up with!

A very interesting concept. Great place to have cocoa drinks and relax for a while. Each drink has a characteristic and unique flavor, although all are very good. The prices are good, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the attention is excellent. It is usually empty. Recommended to drink and talk casually.
