I have had several cars from this brand, and I can say that they are very reliable, good quality, and comfortable,. The agent that assisted me is very friendly, but still there are several things they need to improve so as to make the potential customers feel more attracted to the cars they sell. The cars themselves deserve 4 or 5 stars, but the service needs to be improved, that's why I gave them 2 stars. They definitely need to improve their customers services.

Terrible service if it can be called that, they broke my oil bayonet, it takes too long in the workshop, they delivered my car without the cooling system connection so it got obviously hot, totally incompetent is an indispensable connection, I returned it and it took them almost a month to give it to me again, they never accepted that it was their mistake, they only gave excuses, they also took a portable vacuum cleaner from me and they are not responsible, you have to be after them. Advice. AVOID entering your vehicles there, it is not worth it. I have been giving opinions for some time and this is the lowest but totally won.
