The attention of the staff is very good; They are friendly, attentive and propose concrete solutions. Unfortunately the results of the body shop and painting service is bad, sloppy, incomplete. They damaged my car - damaged paint, misplaced headlights, missing screws, and even bent the rear license plate, for no reason. It is unfortunate that the agency does not measure up to even an independent workshop.

MOST CAR AGENCIES FAIL WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND IT IS THE LAST ONE IS NOT THE EXCEPTION, I ASKED FOR A BATTERY AND THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THE DHL I HAD TO CORRECT THEM AND SAY THAT IT IS LTH THE BRAND I THINK THERE IS UNKNOWLEDGE IN WHAT THEY DO

The service is very attentive and punctual, not only in the treatment, but also in the follow-up that they give by phone before and after the automotive service. The budget they originally give for car repair and maintenance is almost always very accurate.
