We were attended by the Gray funeral home, they spoke with you and they did not give us a solution, horrible service, they did not provide us with all the services that were paid for, nor could the flowers be taken in the cart, a refund or compensation was requested for those inconveniences on their part and hung up the phone, answered arrogant and raised their voices when their voices were never raised

Today January 23, 2020 I went to the NASER Group to review my contract that dates back to the year 2000. I received excellent attention and a first class service from Mr. Arturo Márquez I also highly recommend the extraordinary funeral service since I occupied it for my parents, only one call and everything is resolved by NASER Thanks to the group for tranquility and peace in the most difficult moments

The people here prefer to attend together than pay attention to their customers despite the delicate moment that is TERRIBLE!
