I think I can understand the urgency we have to have our family members or ourselves cared for, but people should stop treating private sector health workers in a pushy way. There are protocols that must be respected and they only do their job in the most beautiful and friendly way. From the reception to the orderly, the doctors and nurses cared about me and made me feel better. Thanks.

The truth is that everyone's attention leaves much to be desired. I arrived at the ER and we waited 27 minutes for a doctor to arrive. My mom feeling terrible and the nurses didn't know what to do to her and the doctor took 27 minutes to show up. In the ER !!! The receptionist cross out !!! It was a great hospital, it always had excellent care ... what a shame

It made me very sad to see that the treatment of the patient is getting worse every day. They want to charge without first knowing if it is just a query. They ask you for a deposit to assist you of more than the cost of just the consultation. I was born there and many of my family also treated them excellently. Now only nurses attend to you and if you need a doctor with a specialty it takes a long time to arrive. I hope they take the comments into account to have a good service again and do not lose patients.

Attentive, friendly and very professional staff (nurses, orderlies, doctors, pediatricians etc.) It is a small but very efficient hospital, clean and the food is good. You don't step in a hospital for fun, however they make this experience bearable. VERY RECOMMENDED.

Never take your family members to this hospital.
