Recommended one hundred for his incredible performance in the face of emergencies that may arise, the treatment was always super friendly and attentive by all the staff, they operated on my son for acute peritonitis but everything went wonderfully thanks to God and the doctors
Do you come to a hospital and to give you a clinical summary they tell you that in 3 to 5 business days? There are no responsible physicians reporting. The only thing in order is that you do not stop paying!
In my hospitalization it was very pleasant, the super attentive staff at all hours will comply with their medication protocol and a plus, the people who serve you food are also very attentive and kind, reviewing the diet that was the healthiest for the surgery box personally A man who brought me food adhering to the guidelines of my diet, an excellent experience I give added value despite the times shared in the middle of the pandemic.
This has been the worst experience of my life. We quoted in several hospitals and we chose this one although it was not one of the cheapest. They quoted us for the surgery between 90 and 100,000 pesos. Besides, they were going to pay for surgeons and a microscope and other equipment. The surgeons and microscope respected their quotes. Due to COVID they do not let relatives be inside, they send you to some benches in the street where they leave you hours and hours in the sun or in the rain ... of course it does not occur to them to put an umbrella or a roof like attention to your customers. The hospital doesn't have a cafeteria or anything. You are as if you were in a public institution but paying a fortune. After the surgery (which apparently had been successful) they said that as a "precaution" they were going to put my mother in intensive care for 24 hours, that became 48 hours. After telling us that she was going perfectly well, they suddenly told us that she had a crisis and that she was evicted. In the end my mother died and the bill of 100,000 pesos per hospital became 700,000 pesos more or less (plus surgeons and a microscope). They tell you that to get reimbursed for transfusions, you can go and donate blood to a place that I'm sure is from the same group, because in my opinion they have the order to reject donors --- I was rejected for having rosacea in the eyes ... in the indications it does not say anything about dermatological conditions ... my sisters (who eat healthy and are not skinny) were rejected for being "anemic". So out of four donors they only accepted one. Well, in the end we went for my mother's body, and a woman who is on the night shift (tall thin with black hair) told us that we owed the blood (43 thousand pesos) we asked her time to do it at next day because we had gotten 5 people to go with the hope of having the two donors that we were missing. He replied that we either paid or signed a BLANK promissory note !!!! How are you??? I mean, if they write down there that I owe a million, they scrub me! In the end they did not respect what they had to discount for the donor that we did have (they said it was either all three or nothing, but after demanding them, they agreed to discount that part) but only deducted half of what was agreed.
WATERS! When you enter they make you sign a promissory note that is within the hospital contract and in the end they do not want to cancel it or return it even if you have already settled the account. DEMAND TO BE RETURNED. Real costs of INTENSIVE THERAPY: they say it costs 60 thousand a day, actually it costs between 150 and 175 thousand DAILY. They charge you 18 thousand a day just for the "protective equipment" of 3 people for three shifts per day! DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE THIEVES.
ADENDUM: in the end we got 10 blood donors, to cover only three transfusions (they were going to return almost 40 thousand pesos that they charged for them). Obviously they had to accept them, but what do they think? THEY DID NOT REFUND ANYTHING! The NEXT day after taking my mother out, we went with the donation certificates and they said THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ANYTHING !!! amazing!!!!! THEY ARE DAMN THIEFS !!! During the stay we witnessed several people who had problems with the box.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL .... it is the worst ... I have NEVER experienced a situation like this and I have gone to other hospitals, both public and private and I have NEVER experienced such a situation. NEFASTOS !!!
Excellent work from the staff and doctors of this hospital, I came to the emergency room due to an accident and they admitted me very quickly for review, all very kind.
