Very bad experience. I went to a consultation with Dr. Miguel Angel González Rodríguez (Urologist) and he sent me to carry out a study right there. Two days later at my house, I contact by WhatsApp line to schedule my appointment for the study, to which the person at the reception, who is the same one who answers the WhatsApp, did not know how to give me directions on how to introduce myself for my study. For which I had to contact the Urologist again to clarify my doubts. Once that was done, I made my appointment, and the next day it turns out that I arrive and there is no one. I had to wait outside until the nurse arrived, and she was able to stop me to take the sample. He charged me right then and there, without giving me a payment receipt, an office slip, nothing. (Very informal everything). He told me that my results were in 4 days. Well, a week and a half had already passed and they didn't tell me anything, so I had to get in touch with the Dr. again to see what was happening. And it turns out that my study had never been done. They blamed the laboratory for losing it, when the sample was taken from me right there, and it was their carelessness. If I do not communicate to ask for my results, time continues to advance and how can I find out. The Dr. asked me to perform the study again, but by logic and common sense I did not agree. I asked for my refund and no apology was offered at the time. It is a sadness that there are so many neglects in a place like these. In case the consultations are not cheap at all, to go and give your money and your time in this way. Anyway, maybe I'm the only one that this happened to. Personally, I don't recommend it, but I hope you get better luck.

Highly professional doctors. They explained to both of us, as a couple, very clearly the situation, treatment and precautions to avoid HPV. They left us very calm.
