Hotel Emporio Ciudad de México

The staff is amazing and extremely nice, ready to cater to whatever it is you need, the rooms are honestly ok, the floors are so dirty that my white socks were black by the end of the night, the food is edible at best, not sure what happens but brown water came out of the shower for the first couple of minutes, don't count on the AC to work either we had two rooms and both were hot, you can't adjust the room temperature. I guess the location is what you're really paying for.

The hotel is old but well kept, the rooms are confortable and very clean. The AC is not the best, we asked to be moved from the first room we got because it was very hot but the second room was just as hot. Elizabeth Lima the lady from maintenance was the best!!! She got us a fan for the room wich made the temperature much better. She was so nice and helpfull it really made our experience much better.

Liked the location of this nice and affordable hotel.

Very comfortable and near all the attractions

This is a lovely boutique hotel located on the Paseo de la Reforma. Our "simple" room, though small, was very clean and comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were of the highest quality. There's a bus stop very close, so getting to the Centro Historico or Chapultepec Park museums was very easy. The hotel seemed popular with business people and National tourists. It was quiet and elegant. We did not sample the restaurant as it was very crowded with a waiting line the morning we went to have breakfast.
