Lousy! They always look for excuses for not repairing the devices that have a warranty and charging for it. I have brought my computer, cell phone, headphones and it is always the same. You must pay even if they have a guarantee. It is useless to have an appointment, they always make you wait two hours. Avoid this place!

Terrible service. The support guys are little guys who don't know anything, I took my iPhone to repair and they left it worse. The support manager not to mention an ignorant reverend. In the end they tell you that they will change your iPhone for a new one paying the difference. I preferred to take it to the bracket in the corner of my house and it was perfect.

I do not usually complain anywhere, however I think that in this situation if I should do so so that they are aware of what is happening in their branches. The first situation is that the people who work inside the Delta store in CDMX feel that they are doing you a favor by serving you, from the employees to the "manager" they are despotic and rude. The main situation is that I take a Mac Air to review, its main problem is that the computer would stick and no longer turn on, even the computer when I got to the store did not turn on. The person who attended me gave me 3 different scenarios: Broken screen, problems with the battery or in the worst case the logic card; in each of the panoramas he mentioned an approximate budget. It is important to mention that when they received it they told me that the screen had traces of humidity. However, the computer had not had any contact with any situation that generated humidity. Leave the computer in service paying an amount of $ 2150 pesos which is an annual membership, internal cleaning, diagnosis and backup. A few days passed and they gave me the diagnosis of the computer, which was that the logic card had burned due to traces of moisture that they had found, which was minimal but was enough to have burned the logic card. What surprised me was the proposal they made me, which was to buy a new logic card ($ 13,779 pesos), buy a new computer or disassemble the computer and sell it for parts in the open market and that they could help me. (This situation caused me a lot of doubt) I did not accept any of the proposals or options since they caused me to distrust and doubt. I decided to seek a second opinion which I never did. Currently I am writing this complaint through my macbook air, which turned on two weeks later and which was "useless", "with a burned logic card" and which has no longer presented any problems. My complaint is focused on the lack of ethics and professionalism when making their diagnoses. What would have happened if I had accepted any of your proposals? my computer was selling parts in the free market or I was spending 13 thousand pesos for a new logic card. I demand that you contact me to be able to make my complaint with someone personally and to be able to resolve this situation in which they charged a diagnosis (not cheap) and which was wrong and in some way it is perceived that they want to take advantage of their clients which trust with you to be a place endorsed by Apple. I think I have the necessary elements to resort to PROFECO and start a situation that is not comfortable for both parties, but necessary to prevent them from continuing to do this with their users.
