I asked for some products to pick up at the store, when I went for them to this branch they told me that there was no longer the product and that they could not return the money that I had to call customer service because in the branch, attention is not possible. Your staff is very incompetent.

The place is well stocked, the problem is the employees, I am very arrogant, they answer badly and treat you as if you do not know about video games
