The UTE, now named Training Center for the Elderly, CECAM, is a cultural, educational and recreational space of the Mayor Benito Juárez, founded ten years ago. It has two campuses, the one in Cumbres de Maltrata and the one in Mixcoac. I know the one of Cumbres, and it seems to me an exemplary institution, with a great diversity of educational offer (literature, history, philosophy, psychology, tai chi, yoga, photo, urban gardens, cooking, painting ...); and a teaching staff of a great academic level. Hopefully all the mayor's offices and in the province will have schools like CECAM.
