Study the online trainer certification at the sports college. I learned new things, but it did not meet my expectations. These are some points that I did not like: -The videos included in the course do not have quality in their audio, in some they do not sound quite well, which makes it difficult for you to learn. -If you have any questions, you will not have a teacher to support you, you have to send an email, the answer is not immediate or they may not answer. -With only studying a certification you will not become a coach, the preparation is constant like any other profession. These are my points of view and what I lived.

Take the course they taught in Mérida, Yucatán in July 2019, I hoped that the face-to-face workshop would be very good since the Director (José García) of the UD came to teach it, but nothing to do, it is seen that he knows the subject but not I cover the agenda that we were told would include the face-to-face workshop, in addition that he does not have much tact to teach, he behaves somewhat arrogant and arrogant when someone questions him or gives a different opinion, but well I also think that as a University they do not know how to be professionals, I tell them Because ... the face-to-face workshop was not what they sold us, and I and the other classmates presented our disagreement, instead of being professionals and taking responsibility they simply blamed the Yucatan coordinator for not having done their job and they They washed their hands offering compensation that until today they have not given us. Later, insisting a lot to enable the platform, I could take the online course and present my exam, I have to say that the information in the manual is complete and good, just like the video conferences that are not from the Director, but if you expect them to send you an super Diploma endorsed by the SEP or someone else, do not get any illusions, they sent me from the CDMX a super "X" Diploma that I could well print here in my city, they do not deliver a card, they did not give me the shirt that according to what they give everyone those who pass their exam. The truth is not a professional University, its slogan of "Training seriously!" It seems to me a falsehood after having had the experience of taking the Diploma in Training and Sports Nutrition with them, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT at all, for the same price or perhaps a little more you can certify with the AFAA, NAFC or ACE Fitness, which if they are serious.

I took my diploma online and it is very complete, after I passed the exam and they sent me my diploma, coach card, shirt and a kangaroo, the questions are answered by chat and the material they send you has lectures on the subject

This weekend I had the opportunity to attend the sports nutrition and training seminar and enroll in the online diploma. In my opinion they have excellent material with quality information. Very good online content but the face-to-face course was NOT to my liking. Mr. JOSE RODRIGO GARCIA, owner and founder of the UD, is an extremely rude, arrogant and arrogant person. From the first moment and all because I answered a question wrong, Mr. JOSE RODRIGO GARCIA referred in a derogatory and humiliating way to my career and my abilities. This reached such a level that several classmates asked me if I had done something to the man or if I had answered him in bad ways since they did not understand why he had “thrown himself against me”. Try to be patient until the gentleman (very unprofessionally) yelled at me in front of the whole group saying if he "doubted his knowledge" at that time, and after several offensive comments over the weekend, I decided to withdraw as NO I PAID to be victimized and offended. It seems to me that being a teacher and a professor should act with much more professionalism and with much more respect for the students, they may not have the same level of knowledge as Mr. JOSE RODRIGO GARCIA but that does not make them less than he does. no sense. Anyway, I thought it was very good content but I would not return to a face-to-face course to be offended, treated in bad ways and yelled at by a person who does not know me and who claims to offer an EDUCATIONAL service, in my opinion I received more of a HUMILLATIVE service. (It is worth mentioning that I was the most attacked but no one in the group was saved, it was contemptuous of the careers and professions of 70% of the people, a shame not to be worthy of the UD)
