Don’t miss this authentic Mexican good time- think party barge! Apparently, Sundays are the most popular day, and it gets busy (if you want to miss crowds). Our guide filled us in on the history- the canals are part of Mexico’s pre-Columbian system of agriculture. But mostly what you’ll see is Mexican families enjoying a good time. And more than a few bachelor & bachelorette parties. Bring extra pesos for the multitudes of floating mariachis, taco stands & Frida-style flower crowns.
