Pésimo servicio te cobran x no hacer nada, ademas q sales espantado x el mal diagnostico q te dan, el Dr de otorrino no sigue protocolos de salud, ademas que no cuentan con el equipo para revisiones, para lo q cobran solo revisan con una lamparita y un espejo. Creo q dan mejor atención en similares y la revisión es mil veces mejor, NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO Y SU DINERO. Cero recomendable

Very bad attention from the gastroenterology service (Dr. Ortiz), we were late in being treated and I did not check my patient. In short, we paid to just talk to him for 2 minutes.

Terrible service to my dad, I took him for asthma and flu and eye infection. We told him what medicine he is allergic to to vital signs and to the general practitioner and they prescribed a medicine that contained what he was allergic to. My dad almost went blind. If they hire doctors who are trained. Not only because they work in the ISSSTE they hire it.

When I went for a consultation they told me that I had low oxygenation and they were not treating respiratory diseases and they sent me to a covid center. I went to another place and they told me my oxygenation was normal and they diagnosed me with stomach problems and reflux. Nothing to do with respiratory problems and much less with covid.

Terrible they gave me a drug which altered my system to the point that they did not check me well and gave me a fairly strong infection since they do not check people well, they usually give drugs with or very high or very low doses, in addition to the studies you they do wrong and they don't even deliver them to you think twice before putting your life at risk with these incompetent
