In recent days, a medical emergency upset me and my girlfriend. Sunday, times of pandemic and little probability not only of finding, let alone first-class service, but simply service. We were able to communicate with the Dr. in charge of the Violeta Doctor, who sensibly recognized the sensitivity of the problem and extraordinarily agreed to make an exception. Neither my girlfriend nor I had the pleasure of previously knowing the clinic or the doctors in charge, so that we had no reference and the expectation and doubt encompassed us. Remarkably since we arrived at the site, the attention received was excellent. They censored temperature, oxygen level, etc. The required measures were taken, the service was respectful and recognized. The doctor in charge gave us confidence and the required video endoscopy was carried out very satisfactorily. Everything met expectations and far exceeded them. We are very grateful to the doctors, their professionalism and especially their human dimension. We have had follow-up from Dr. in order that the convalescence is complete. For all this I recognize a first class service and I appreciate the attention provided.

They should remove the 24 hrs.

It claims to be a 24 hour clinic and today I went for an emergency (dog bite to family member) and it turns out that the doctor has already left and the person who responded denied that they will work at that time. I wish I were honest with their service as they are dedicated to medical issues and in case of emergency due to bad information they can trigger severe problems

I had surgery and they treated me the best before consulting other doctors and none of them solved the problem until I got here
