Los Manantiales

Inspiring mid-century architecture by Felix Candela. Right near the Mexican Venice, great part of town. Don’t purchase anything to eat or drink from people in boats on the canal unless you want Montezuma’s revenge.

It eats rich. On Sundays there is a live orchestra to dance danzón.

It is the most traditional place in Xochimilco on Sundays, they offer dancing and excellent Mexican food at a good price. Once located the place is easy to reach.

The restaurant is closed and does not offer service. The architecture is exceptional but needs remodeling.
