We arrived at the CDMX airport and tapifo these people approach you, they offer you countless things for practically no money ... they offered me a car rental as long as I went to a presentation at the xcaret hotel ... arriving at Cancun, I contacted the person who made the "reservation" to let him know that we had thought about it and that we decided not to go and then not take the car ... he offered to refund my money when I returned to CDMX .... And as it was from Esperanza ... he didn't ... these people are complete rubbish .... don't fall for their promises ... I lost 40dlls ... but honestly ... they need it more.

We traveled to Mexico City on November 21 as the first stopover before landing in Cancun. We were approached by this business which offers you a very low cost car rental ($ 1200 for 8 days) compared to companies such as enterprise with the condition of going to a talk at the Xcaret Mexico hotel for at least 90 minutes and they include breakfast . We accepted, we went to the talk, the delivery of the car was fine but when we arrived we realized that the reservation had been made for 7 days and not 8, I had to pay $ 400 pesos more for an extra day which they charged me double and I'm in dispute with the bank for that, besides that I delivered the car 2 hours "late" and they charged me $ 200 more, and that I gave them half a tank more of gasoline than they had given me and that gasoline was not taken into account . The talk at the Xcaret Mexico hotel was terrible, getting there took us more than an hour one way and another hour back, 5 hours at the hotel because they almost convinced us to sign a very expensive timeshare so think carefully before accepting this offer since they are going to lose almost a whole day of their valuable vacations, saving a few pesos is not worth it.

They offered me a tour that I couldn't do because I was pregnant. I told them a lot of times and they told me that that was the best for me, when I arrived at the place they told me that I could not do it, all they want is to charge for services that they do not give. I contacted the staff as they gave me an alternative because I could not complete the tour and they never called me back. Terrible service. I will put all my acquaintances on notice.

Total fraud! They offer you cheap trips to good places, but what they don't tell you is that it is a facade to offer you expensive memberships to hotels .... Nothing advisable, don't fall ... They offer you a boat trip to Marieta Island in Pto. Vallarta, but they never give you the ticket, they tell you that you must pick it up at a hotel, but for them to give it to you you throw a 3-boat talk about buying a membership
