All very well they always comply with the reservations very good treatment butoooo despite the pandemic my trip was canceled and I had to pay a big difference in money for my cancellation and I lost money that is not fair in the rest they always gave me an excellent treatment but I have a bad taste in my mouth about the cancellation 🤢 I hope they take it into account, thanks

Terrible agency, we have a reserved trip and despite the current world situation they want to charge you surcharges for date changes, in addition to selling very expensive each date change they want to charge you. I recommend that you better look directly for the packages with the hotels, they are the same, cheaper and without penalty for changes. Let's see what the PROFECO says about it.
